Registration Renewal – College of Chiropodists of Ontario

Welcome to the online renewal portal! To complete your 2026 registration (for the period January 1 to December 31, 2026), please log in to your account.

If you haven’t updated your password recently, please do so before starting your renewal. On the login page, click “Forgot Password”, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to you to reset your password.

Renewal Fees

Renewal Instructions

1. Review Your Information
   Registrants must verify and update their information before renewing. Please ensure the following details are correct:
• Name
• Education
• Practice location(s)
• Practice details
• Practice site ownership
• Electoral District
2. Update Current Data on File
   Your information is drawn from the College Register and can now be updated directly online. Please review it carefully and make any necessary corrections.
3. Renewal Deadline
   The deadline to complete your renewal is February 14, 2026.
• You must review and update your contact and practice information before submitting your renewal.
• Payments are only accepted by credit card or email money transfer to accounting@cocoo.on.ca.
• On the fee review page, choose one of the following options:
• Pay Now – Submit payment immediately by credit card.
• Pay Offline – Submit payment by e-Transfer.
• Do not wait until the last minute to complete your renewal. Technical issues or payment delays may prevent your renewal from being processed on time.

Failure to complete your renewal by February 14, 2026 will result in a $200 late fee and/or an administrative suspension.

4. Professional Liability Insurance (PLI)
   Have the following PLI details ready when completing your renewal:
• Insurer Name
• Policy Number
• Expiry Date
